Nice tutorial. I had to figure this out few years ago, when doing some photo-montages for 3D renders, but what would be really useful to know would be how to create shadows from 45° rotated objects, mostly people. I don't think duplicating a layer will work because each leg of the subject are at different distances. How to make shadows of that type would be really useful :)
