Create glowing eyes in the darkness with Photoshop CS4

In this how to video, you will learn how create glowing eyes in the darkness using Photoshop. First, open your image in Photoshop. Next, duplicate the background layer. Go to hue and saturation and make the image really dark by turning down the lightness and saturation. Next, select a paintbrush for the eraser and start erasing around the eyes. Once this is done, make a selection around the pupils. Create a new layer and paint the selection red. Next, lower the flow of the paint brush and choose a large brush size. From here, erase the areas in the darkened layer. Next, create a new layer and use the pen tool to outline an area. Right click it and select make a selection. Fill the area with white. Lower the opacity of this layer. Next, create another layer and make another selection with the tool. Paint it white again and lower the opacity. Next, go to blue and select Motion blur. Change the settings to your liking and then hit okay. Do this for both layers. Merge the two layers and change the layer to soft light. Next, duplicate the layer and select free transform. Adjust the height and then apply the transformation. Next, duplicate the layer and transform it yet again. Reverse it and move it towards the other eye. Next, select a large brush with a small amount of flow. Select a black color and paint the area around the mouth to darken it. Next, open another image and select an area to copy. It should be a landscape image. Paste it into the original image. Erase the area where the face of the create is. Next, lower the lightness of the landscape. Duplicate the layer and then select the layer mode as multiply with a lower opacity. Once this is done, your image is complete.
