How To: Create a space starburst in Photoshop

You can use starburst to make stars in photos stand out or you can use that feature to make reflections and glares on cars, mirrors and other shiny things. You use different layers in Photoshop to create the starbursts then add it to the photograph that you select. You can choose the pixel, size and color.
